SpicyCream's Happy Customer Policies


Part of the SpicyCream mission is to provide excellent customer service and ensure that you are happy with your order. Please take a moment to carefully read our policies to understand how our system works.

Payment Policy


1. We accept Paypal, and credit cards (via Paypal). We do not accept mail-in payments (personal check or money order) at this time.
2. Payment must be made at time of order. Orders that are placed without payment will be canceled.
3. You will recieve an email invoice at the time of the transaction. This is your reciept, please keep it for your records.
4. Commissions are not included in this policy. Please see the
Commissions page for details.

Shipping Policy


1. SpicyCream ships using USPS Priority.
2. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items you order. You can see shipping costs by adding items to your cart.
3. Shipping outside the US may incur additional costs. Please contact us for International orders.
4. All purchases are mailed 24 hours after completed transaction. (48 hours for orders placed on Saturday.)
5. We require tracking on all orders. We will provide you with a tracking order within 48 hours of order placement.
6. If a purchase is lost during shipping, we will replace the items(s) at no cost to you.
7. Delivery confirmation is optional, per customer request.

Return Policy


1. We will EXCHANGE your item if:
* It does not fit properly according to our measurement guide
* You are unhappy with the look of the item.
* The item is damaged/defective
* The item is a different size, color, or style from what was ordered


We will not typically allow a cash refund. This will be examined on a case by case basis, and only if desired item is no longer available.


2. Please save all invoices sent with your order and via email. This is your receipt.


3. You have approximately seven (7) days to contact us requesting a return upon arrival of item.


4. We will be happy to send you a new item based on availability. Buyer pays shipping to return item, but shipping on new item is complimentary. We will not reimburse original shipping charges. Unfortunately, that money goes to the postal service, not us.
